The wounds of childhood trauma are very real–from physical, emotional, and sexual abuse to growing up with an addicted, narcissistic, or invalidating caregiver. These kinds of experiences set you up for persistent self-doubt, feeling like it’s always your fault, feeling deep down that there is something “wrong” with you. You try to please everyone. You bend over backwards for others. You give and you give.
I work with survivors of childhood trauma. I’m here to tell you that you are not broken. You were wounded and wounds can heal.
I help clients begin to heal their inner child. With therapy, my clients have learned to love and care for themselves, to fully accept themselves, and trust their inner wisdom.
